Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tor-Egil Arntsen started the match with the kick off. Jakub Wieczorek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenneth Foldnes in the 6th minute of play. After 7 played minutes Brufoss IL got a freekick which was hit by Tor-Egil Arntsen. Jon-Egil Grønli kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Ludomir Felenak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Olav Øverby tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gwidon Gejda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jakub Wieczorek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bastian Ytterstad in the 15th minute of play. After some careless play in the Brufoss IL defense, Gwidon Gejda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Olav Øverby. The Brufoss IL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Olav Øverby should have stopped the shot. Piast Leszczyny were furious when Kajetan Mazierski was red carded, 20 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 20th minute, one of Piast Leszczyny:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Piast Leszczyny. Jakub Wieczorek had in the 21stth minute some difficulties stopping Tor-Egil Arntsen's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Konrad Leper's late challenge caught a Brufoss IL's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Konrad Leper helped the player get up and apologised. Konrad Leper kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kenneth Foldnes in the 23rd minute of play forced Piast Leszczyny's goalkeeper Jakub Wieczorek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jakub Wieczorek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bendik Strande, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karl Bergstrøm charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karl Bergstrøm the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 26th match minute, Brufoss IL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl Bergstrøm to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tore Fagermo in the 28th minute of play forced Piast Leszczyny's goalkeeper Jakub Wieczorek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jakub Wieczorek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kenneth Foldnes in the 30th minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Bendik Strande hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Brufoss IL's Olav Øverby got control of the ball when Ludomir Felenak tried to sneak it across the goal line. 38 minutes into the game, Brufoss IL's Kenneth Foldnes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jakub Wieczorek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Bastian Ytterstad put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Jakub Wieczorek. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The wind increased when Radoslaw Pawlak made the kick off in the second half. Olav Øverby took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radoslaw Pawlak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eskil Almaas replaced Tore Fagermo. Brufoss IL's Kim-André Valle was substituted for Leif Mæhlum. Jakub Wieczorek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Hægeland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kevin Hægeland could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Jakub Wieczorek made a huge save. If Radoslaw Pawlak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute of the match Brufoss IL got a corner. Piast Leszczyny's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bendik Strande ran over to the corner to take the kick. Bendik Strande made a great header on Brufoss IL's corner, it was just that Piast Leszczyny's Jakub Wieczorek managed to reach the ball for a save. Piast Leszczyny were awarded a corner in the 90th minute after Brufoss IL's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Grzegorz Pozorski took the corner. Grzegorz Pozorski made a great header on Piast Leszczyny's corner, it was just that Brufoss IL's Olav Øverby managed to reach the ball for a save. 93 minutes into the game, Jørund Nyhagen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
