Spectators: 7584 (Terracing: 5689, Seating: 1744, VIP seats: 151) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Best Tek started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the game, Best Tek lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Gavino Luke. When Best Tek came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Ninjas in Pyjamas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Best Tek couldn't finish the play. Gavino Luke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cornel Surdilă in the 12th minute of play. When Anastasio Arce fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gaviotas FC's protests and gave Anastasio Arce a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Gaviotas FC's Anastasio Arce got a free kick in the 13th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Ninjas in Pyjamas's Best Tek slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gavino Luke. That made the score 3-0 after 15 minutes of play. Ninjas in Pyjamas were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after Gaviotas FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sabin Bojonca took the corner. The corner led to Ninjas in Pyjamas's Cornel Surdilă getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Gavino Luke was out of position in the 21 minute of play, and Best Tek capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Best Tek really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. Gaviotas FC:s Gavino Luke showed great skill when he stopped Sabin Bojonca:s penalty. In the 26th minute of the match Ninjas in Pyjamas got a corner. Gaviotas FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sabin Bojonca ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 27th minute, Gaviotas FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Best Tek fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 28 minutes into the game, Ninjas in Pyjamas's Best Tek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gavino Luke made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. When Ninjas in Pyjamas's Best Tek in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gaviotas FC's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 34 minutes, Best Tek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ninjas in Pyjamas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Best Tek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 38th minute, Best Tek made a precise shot to the right of Gavino Luke. Gaviotas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Ninjas in Pyjamas's Best Tek was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 42nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-0 at half-time.

The Ninjas in Pyjamas fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when Ninjas in Pyjamas's Best Tek looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of Ninjas in Pyjamas booed when Gaviotas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lino Elivareo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lino Elivareo hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Gavino Luke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Best Tek in the 60th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Best Tek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ninjas in Pyjamas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. Gaviotas FC made a substitution. Santiago Oliverio replaced Anastasio Arce. Best Tek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 81 minutes into the game, Ninjas in Pyjamas's Best Tek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gavino Luke made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. When Ninjas in Pyjamas's Best Tek in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gaviotas FC's goalie prevented a goal. Gavino Luke came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ninjas in Pyjamas's Best Tek. But to his dismay, Best Tek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 11-0. Gavino Luke didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Best Tek went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 12-0 was the resulting score. When the referee ended the match the Ninjas in Pyjamas players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
