Spectators: 7468 (Terracing: 5602, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 149) Teodelina FC's Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 11 minutes into the match, Pesqueira City's goal looked a bit too open when Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso came free, but Ivo de Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ivo de Moraes, 1-0. Jesus Flor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marquinhos Moraes in the 15th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Teodelina FC's Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso got a free kick in the 16th minute. Erasmo Linares made in the 18th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Dagoberto Arruda. Jesus Flor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hernani Tavares, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ivo de Moraes. That made the score 2-0 in the 40 minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Yan Netto to strike the kick off in the second half. Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso scored 3-0 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ivo de Moraes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Pesqueira City's Durvalino Diniz got a free kick in the 56th minute. Gaston Salvadore's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ivo de Moraes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ivo de Moraes. Ivo de Moraes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 65th minute, Andreas Brehme left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Teodelina FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. A collision led to Pesqueira City getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Júlio Abreu hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso in the 71st minute of play forced Pesqueira City's goalkeeper Ivo de Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Humberto Rayman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Teodelina FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Gaston Salvadore hit a great ball. In the 80th minute, Durvalino Diniz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute of the match Gaston Salvadore sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ivo de Moraes skillfully saved the ball. In the 84th match minute, Pesqueira City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Durvalino Diniz to maneuver through the defense. Ivo de Moraes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaston Salvadore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Teodelina FC's Andreas Brehme in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pesqueira City's goalie prevented a goal. Teodelina FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
