Spectators: 7509 (Terracing: 5632, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 150) In the 6th minute, Vladimir Tróia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Club Vertigo's Marcel Văleanu in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Leon Sport Club's goalie prevented a goal. After 9 played minutes Leon Sport Club got a freekick which was hit by Víktor Figueiredo. In the 10th minute of the match Romeo Galiceanu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Beto Valle skillfully saved the ball. With a little luck, Leon Sport Club's Beto Valle got control of the ball when Sabin Corcoveanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 15th minute Marcel Văleanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beto Valle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Beto Valle was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Aurelian Mănescu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Aurelian Mănescu really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After a rather tough play, Leon Sport Club's Wágner Mazza got a free kick in the 21st minute. Sabin Corcoveanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 24th minute Marcel Văleanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beto Valle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute, Aurelian Mănescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Beto Valle was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Aurelian Mănescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beto Valle having to interfere. Sabin Corcoveanu came free with the goalkeeper in the 31st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Beto Valle could save by the left post. After 32 minutes Leon Sport Club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Romeo Galiceanu who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Club Vertigo's Romeo Galiceanu to fire away a dangerous shot which Beto Valle despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 34th minute, Aloísio Leal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leon Sport Club's Beto Valle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelian Mănescu in the 37th minute of play. Leon Sport Club's Beto Valle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Leon Sport Club from getting a goal against them. 42 minutes into the match, Club Vertigo's goal looked a bit too open when Hamílton do Nascimento came free, but Nikulás Benediktsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell César Ferreira to make the kick off. Vladimir Tróia hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After 58 minutes of play, Club Vertigo's Sabin Corcoveanu made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Beto Valle was left in no man's land by his defense there! Club Vertigo's Nikulás Benediktsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Club Vertigo from getting a goal against them. Leon Sport Club were awarded a corner in the 64th minute after Club Vertigo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hamílton do Nascimento took the corner. After taking down the ball on Leon Sport Club's corner Hamílton do Nascimento fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Nikulás Benediktsson quite easily take care of the ball. In the 73rd minute César Ferreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikulás Benediktsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sabin Corcoveanu scored 4-0 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Beto Valle, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabin Corcoveanu in the 83rd minute of play forced Leon Sport Club's goalkeeper Beto Valle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aurelian Mănescu charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aurelian Mănescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Leon Sport Club's Beto Valle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sabin Corcoveanu in the 86th minute of play. If Romeo Galiceanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Beto Valle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sabin Corcoveanu in the 92nd minute of the match. 94 minutes into the game, Sabin Corcoveanu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Beto Valle was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee ended the match the Club Vertigo players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
