Dinei Goiano started the match with the kick off. João Pedro dos Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mieszko Siwy in the 5th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dinei Goiano during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Heide FC booed when Wambalamba FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dinei Goiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. 8 minutes into the game, Heide FC's Borys Awizo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. João Pedro dos Santos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Guga Secco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. João Pedro dos Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olgierd Madajczyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Robert Bator hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. The supporters of Wambalamba FC booed when Heide FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jurand Jarocewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dinei Goiano in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan Maruda saved Heide FC from getting behind. Jan Maruda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dinei Goiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Heide FC's Jan Maruda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adhemar da Fonseca in the 33rd minute of play. Hamílton Campidelis hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mieszko Siwy was the one to do the kick off. Jan Maruda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hamílton Campidelis in the 51st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Heide FC's zone, Hamílton Campidelis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jan Maruda came out of the goal and Hamílton Campidelis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Wambalamba FC's Dinei Goiano in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Heide FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 56th minute Olgierd Madajczyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Pedro dos Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olgierd Madajczyk in the 59th minute of play forced Wambalamba FC's goalkeeper João Pedro dos Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Wambalamba FC booed when Heide FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iwo Werra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jan Maruda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hamílton Campidelis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hamílton Campidelis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Jan Maruda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olgierd Madajczyk in the 73rd minute of play forced Wambalamba FC's goalkeeper João Pedro dos Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olgierd Madajczyk might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over João Pedro dos Santos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Olgierd Madajczyk ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 79th minute, Wambalamba FC's Adhemar da Fonseca dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olgierd Madajczyk in the 89th minute of play forced Wambalamba FC's goalkeeper João Pedro dos Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Wambalamba FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Lúcio Pinho hit a great ball. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
