After 19 minutes of play, FK Mintis Vilnius's Kęstutis Skersys made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ákos Vásárhelyi was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, FK Mintis Vilnius's Ugnius Budnikas got a free kick in the 22nd minute. After some careless play in the Dinamo Pécs FC defense, Mustafa Juodis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ákos Vásárhelyi. The Dinamo Pécs FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ákos Vásárhelyi should have stopped the shot. Gergely Puja hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Emilis Laivys took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 29th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ákos Vásárhelyi. Dinamo Pécs FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ákos Vásárhelyi came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by FK Mintis Vilnius's Sigitas Ivoška. But to his dismay, Sigitas Ivoška quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. In the 43rd minute, Mustafa Juodis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jácint Polgár made a kick off. If Sigitas Ivoška had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 56th play minute Kęstutis Skersys came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ákos Vásárhelyi. 2-6. Ákos Vásárhelyi came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by FK Mintis Vilnius's Sigitas Ivoška. But to his dismay, Sigitas Ivoška quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-8. After 65 played minutes Dinamo Pécs FC got a freekick which was hit by Zénó Rákosi. With a little luck, Dinamo Pécs FC's Ákos Vásárhelyi got control of the ball when Mustafa Juodis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mustafa Juodis scored 2-9 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ákos Vásárhelyi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ákos Vásárhelyi made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Mustafa Juodis sent off a good shot on target. In the 79th minute Barnabás Pölöskei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gvidonas Jakimavičius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
