Spectators: 7568 (Terracing: 5677, Seating: 1740, VIP seats: 151) 3 minutes into the match, Fox Hunting Squad's goalkeeper Mats Van Elsen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Viljami Rajamäki. Niilo Myötänen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tibau Leemans in the 8th minute of the match. A collision led to Fox Hunting Squad getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Andrez De Jonghe hit a great ball. In the 15th minute, Fox Hunting Squad's Aaron De Wit seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Aaron De Wit the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Fox Hunting Squad protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Aaron De Wit had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of Savon Palloseura booed when Fox Hunting Squad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron De Wit didn't get a good kick on the ball. 17 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fox Hunting Squad's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kosti Kukkonen was slow to take the kick. During this time Savon Palloseura's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Fox Hunting Squad's goalie and right to Jan Kuokkanen. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Fox Hunting Squad's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Kuokkanen in the 20th minute of play forced Fox Hunting Squad's goalkeeper Mats Van Elsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mats Van Elsen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jan Kuokkanen went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 34th match minute, Fox Hunting Squad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilles Philippaerts to maneuver through the defense. Andrez De Jonghe hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute, Savon Palloseura's Viljami Rajamäki dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0.

Niilo Myötänen made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Quillian Lambrecht sent off a good shot on target. Niilo Myötänen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kasper De Cat in the 62nd minute. 63 minutes into the match, Fox Hunting Squad's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Kuokkanen came free, but Mats Van Elsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mats Van Elsen came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Savon Palloseura's Kaarle Väätäinen. But to his dismay, Kaarle Väätäinen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Fox Hunting Squad's Mats Van Elsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaarle Väätäinen in the 73rd minute of play. Mats Van Elsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viljami Rajamäki in the 74th minute of play. Kasper De Cat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 77 minutes into the match, Fox Hunting Squad's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Kuokkanen came free, but Mats Van Elsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Fox Hunting Squad's goal looked a bit too open when Kaarle Väätäinen came free, but Mats Van Elsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute, Jan Kuokkanen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Savon Palloseura fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. In the 94th minute, Viljami Rajamäki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. For all the effort they put into the match, the Fox Hunting Squad players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Savon Palloseura.
