The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 20th minute, Gilles Philippaerts hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON's Behçet Gümüş got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jorg Vrijdags in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ali Kaan Torcan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 26th minute Tibau Leemans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Kaan Torcan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mats Van Elsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Kadri Başkaya in the 29th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Fox Hunting Squad's Karl Van Gorpt seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Karl Van Gorpt the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Fox Hunting Squad protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Karl Van Gorpt had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 1-1 came in the 34th minute when Ayberk Sarduç all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Mats Van Elsen. Mats Van Elsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Kadri Başkaya, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. When Jorg Vrijdags fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fox Hunting Squad's protests and gave Jorg Vrijdags a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON booed when Fox Hunting Squad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorg Vrijdags didn't get a good kick on the ball. Güven Maksut recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kasper De Cat stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Refik Özgeer in the 51st minute of play forced Fox Hunting Squad's goalkeeper Mats Van Elsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 51 played minutes SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON got a freekick which was hit by Birant Makul. Ali Kaan Torcan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kasper De Cat in the 54th minute of play. Mats Van Elsen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Behçet Gümüş in the 56th minute. Mats Van Elsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Kadri Başkaya, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 63rd minute, Refik Özgeer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 67 minutes into the game, Yenal Temur was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fox Hunting Squad the free kick. Yenal Temur kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Tibau Leemans kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Kasper De Cat hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Fox Hunting Squad's Reinard Van Cleijnenbreughel got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mats Van Elsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Birant Makul in the 84th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Kasper De Cat left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fox Hunting Squad fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. In the 96th minute Ahmet Kadri Başkaya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mats Van Elsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
