Fillos de Breogán's manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ademar Peixoto in the 23rd minute of play forced Fillos de Breogán's goalkeeper Rubén Diaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rubén Diaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ademar Peixoto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute Walmyr de Andrade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rubén Diaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Rubén Diaz made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Ademar Peixoto sent off a good shot on target. Rubén Diaz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eriberto Peres showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 57 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eriberto Peres got free with Rubén Diaz in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 62nd minute, Eriberto Peres reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rubén Diaz. The goal made the score 0-6. Rubén Diaz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ademar Peixoto in the 81st minute. Ademar Peixoto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Fillos de Breogán defense, Ademar Peixoto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rubén Diaz. The Fillos de Breogán fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rubén Diaz should have stopped the shot. Eriberto Peres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
