Spectators: 7578 (Terracing: 5684, Seating: 1743, VIP seats: 151) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Eduard Angheloiu got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Fotis Papadimas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robert Banciu. -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fotis Papadimas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Stamatis Bravos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cazimir Papadima, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Stamatis Bravos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eduard Angheloiu's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute Christos Ntasios shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Banciu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Cazimir Papadima notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of O.T.E's Stamatis Bravos. Stamatis Bravos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cazimir Papadima received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Stamatis Bravos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 19 played minutes Fotis Papadimas rounded -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. After 26th play minutes Cazimir Papadima shot 2-2, a short shot which went by Stamatis Bravos and just under the crossbar into goal. Stamatis Bravos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduard Angheloiu in the 29th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, O.T.E's goal looked a bit too open when Eduard Angheloiu came free, but Stamatis Bravos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute, Eduard Angheloiu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The -BZF- Viitorul Buzau fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giorgos Natsikas in the 34th minute of play forced -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's goalkeeper Robert Banciu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Marian Curtean hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The O.T.E players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. -BZF- Viitorul Buzau were winning 2-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fotis Papadimas to make the kick off. Fotis Papadimas took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Robert Banciu. Robert Banciu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Fotis Papadimas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 59 minutes, Arboleda Soberano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the O.T.E and the -BZF- Viitorul Buzau players grew even worse after the yellow card. Horaţiu Mendrea kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Eduard Angheloiu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 70thth minute, Stamatis Bravos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience was convinced that Cazimir Papadima's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stamatis Bravos was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Stamatis Bravos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eduard Angheloiu in the 77th minute. After 82 minutes, Vassilis Symeonakis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the O.T.E and the -BZF- Viitorul Buzau players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vassilis Symeonakis hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. O.T.E's Stamatis Bravos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cazimir Papadima in the 87th minute of play. If Cazimir Papadima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute, Charis Kakalos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Eduard Angheloiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, O.T.E's Stamatis Bravos got control of the ball when Eduard Angheloiu tried to sneak it across the goal line. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
