Lesardo Abadie came out of the goal and Samir Abdenouz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fathi Abbas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leonardo Velasco's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Salmiyah Power's goal looked a bit too open when César Melgarejo came free, but Fathi Abbas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes into the game, Hermon Abello was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Salmiyah Power the free kick. The supporters of Salmiyah Power booed when Pepsi Fuchibol Clu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermon Abello didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lesardo Abadie was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Boughera Zeghdoud. Lesardo Abadie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boughera Benmabrouk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the game, Diego Etcheverry was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Salmiyah Power the free kick. In the 32nd minute, one of Pepsi Fuchibol Clu:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pepsi Fuchibol Clu. When the match had been going on for 33 minutes, Salmiyah Power's Boughera Benmabrouk got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Lesardo Abadie. In the 38th minute Leonardo Velasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fathi Abbas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lesardo Abadie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fadhil Meniri, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leonardo Velasco made a kick off. After 51 played minutes Salmiyah Power got a freekick which was hit by Khalida Zouba. Fathi Abbas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from César Melgarejo in the 52nd minute of the match. Abdelhamid Menguellet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lesardo Abadie didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fadhil Meniri went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Halim Zeghdoud took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lesardo Abadie. Lesardo Abadie dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 65 minutes into the match, Salmiyah Power's goalkeeper Fathi Abbas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leonardo Velasco. Lesardo Abadie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fadhil Meniri, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fadhil Meniri in the 72nd minute of play forced Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's goalkeeper Lesardo Abadie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abdelhamid Menguellet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lesardo Abadie having to interfere. Leonardo Velasco kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abdelhamid Menguellet in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lesardo Abadie saved Pepsi Fuchibol Clu from getting behind. Boughera Benmabrouk kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. After 96 played minutes Salmiyah Power got a freekick which was hit by Fadhil Meniri.
