Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Berutti FC. Octav Molodețiu had in the 67thth minute some difficulties stopping Fabricio Blanco's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Apolo Geofredo hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. When Gabriel Pere came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Berutti FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabriel Pere couldn't finish the play.
