Caballeritos del Baile's Damián Martínez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robbie Yom in the 8th minute of play. Damián Martínez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Rutgeerts in the 11th minute of play. Ron Everaerts blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Damián Martínez having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Caballeritos del Baile's Maximiliano Ramirez got a free kick in the 15th minute. Karl Schautens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Endura in the 17th minute of the match. Maximiliano Ramirez scored 1-0 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karl Schautens, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 26th match minute, FC Klavertje Vier was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars De Kerpel to maneuver through the defense. After 31 minutes, Gerrit Van Boeckost mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Klavertje Vier and the Caballeritos del Baile players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 31 played minutes FC Klavertje Vier got a freekick which was hit by Gerrit Van Boeckost. Alex Marcon was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 32nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Gerrit Van Boeckost got a throw-in 35 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Erik Deckkers. In the 37th minute, Eduardo Endura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute, Alex Marcon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peter Rutgeerts was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 40th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Damián Martínez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robbie Yom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute, Honorio Erasto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximiliano Ramirez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Karl Schautens made a huge save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Robbie Yom stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, FC Klavertje Vier's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Ramirez came free, but Karl Schautens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 56th play minutes Maximiliano Ramirez shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Karl Schautens and just under the crossbar into goal. After some careless play in the FC Klavertje Vier defense, Maximiliano Ramirez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karl Schautens. The FC Klavertje Vier fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karl Schautens should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Caballeritos del Baile's Sebastian Urko got a free kick in the 63rd minute. After 68 minutes, Maximiliano Ramirez made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC Klavertje Vier's Karl Schautens tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 72 minutes, Damián Martínez successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Maximiliano Ramirez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 78th minute Maximiliano Ramirez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Schautens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute, Maximiliano Ramirez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 84 minutes, Max Eggermont mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Klavertje Vier and the Caballeritos del Baile players grew even worse after the yellow card. Maximiliano Ramirez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Schautens having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erik Deckkers got free with Damián Martínez in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sebastian Urko kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Caballeritos del Baile fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC Klavertje Vier had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
