The tension between the Trabzonspor and the F.C BEŞİKTAŞ players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of F.C BEŞİKTAŞ booed when Trabzonspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şentürk Yiğiter didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th minute Victor Osimhen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baykan Urangu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Macit Okyanus kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Baykan Urangu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Osimhen in the 9th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Victor Osimhen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Baykan Urangu. F.C BEŞİKTAŞ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victor Osimhen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Baykan Urangu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victor Osimhen went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Naim Tezalp in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baykan Urangu saved F.C BEŞİKTAŞ from getting behind. In the 22nd match minute, F.C BEŞİKTAŞ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Macit Okyanus to maneuver through the defense. Hasan Ali Özdoğal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Baykan Urangu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victor Osimhen succeeded in the game's 28th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. Cihangir İlkim charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cihangir İlkim the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 36th minute Naim Tezalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baykan Urangu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. F.C BEŞİKTAŞ's Baykan Urangu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Naim Tezalp in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Naim Tezalp was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute, Victor Osimhen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Trabzonspor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. 60 minutes into the game, Victor Osimhen recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Baykan Urangu. Victor Osimhen showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. Baykan Urangu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Naim Tezalp's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. 65 minutes into the match, F.C BEŞİKTAŞ's goal looked a bit too open when Özdemir Kutluay came free, but Baykan Urangu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baykan Urangu made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Victor Osimhen sent off a good shot on target. Trabzonspor's Özdemir Kutluay managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Hayri Samim in the 72 minute of the game. Trabzonspor's Şentürk Yiğiter got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 84th minute of the match, Özdemir Kutluay tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Baykan Urangu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 87 minutes into the match, Victor Osimhen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Baykan Urangu. F.C BEŞİKTAŞ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victor Osimhen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Baykan Urangu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victor Osimhen in the 95th minute. The F.C BEŞİKTAŞ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Trabzonspor's performance. The match ended with a win for Trabzonspor.
