Dimitry Lyakhnenko started the match with the kick off. After 11 minutes of play, Club Atletico Lanus's Gabriel Veronica made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lisandro Rameriz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Legacy Youth Academy's Lisandro Rameriz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Salvidor in the 13th minute of play. In the 14th match minute, Club Atletico Lanus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denis Salvidor to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Legacy Youth Academy's Nunez Normando got a free kick in the 16th minute. The supporters of Legacy Youth Academy booed when Club Atletico Lanus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denis Salvidor didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute, Gabriel Veronica hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute, Wilfredo Oliveiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Legacy Youth Academy's Lisandro Rameriz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Salvidor in the 27th minute of play. Amadeo Cebo took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lisandro Rameriz. Lisandro Rameriz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 32 minutes into the game, Club Atletico Lanus's Honorio Pinto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lisandro Rameriz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 36th minute Amadeo Cebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lisandro Rameriz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Lanus's goal looked a bit too open when Dimitry Lyakhnenko came free, but Astor Teofilio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the game, Dimitry Lyakhnenko recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Astor Teofilio. Dimitry Lyakhnenko showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amadeo Cebo to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Lanus's goal looked a bit too open when Benito Guillen came free, but Astor Teofilio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Astor Teofilio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Quirze in the 59th minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Gabriel Veronica hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64th minute of the match Sergio Nahia shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Astor Teofilio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Astor Teofilio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimitry Lyakhnenko in the 66th minute of play. In the 74th minute Dimitry Lyakhnenko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Teofilio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Astor Teofilio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dimitry Lyakhnenko, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Gabriel Veronica kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Astor Teofilio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roberto Quirze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th match minute, Club Atletico Lanus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amadeo Cebo to maneuver through the defense. Lisandro Rameriz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Amadeo Cebo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-6 in the 93 minute of play. Club Atletico Lanus's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
