Liviu Zubaşcu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Miguel Laurentzi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Uptown Otters's Rolando Tearle got a free kick in the 16th minute. Miguel Laurentzi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Liviu Zubaşcu's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. The Uptown Otters fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Uptown Otters's Liviu Zubaşcu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 22nd minute Cipriano Olando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aimilios Manolas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in TIBURON F.C's zone, Staffan Bergman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miguel Laurentzi came out of the goal and Staffan Bergman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Miguel Laurentzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Oskar Jonsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. TIBURON F.C's Miguel Laurentzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Kaszubowski in the 68th minute of play. 71 minutes into the game, Angelino Edwardo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aimilios Manolas. Angelino Edwardo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Liviu Zubaşcu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 78th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Miguel Laurentzi. TIBURON F.C's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 85 minutes into the game, Uptown Otters's Rolando Tearle nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Miguel Laurentzi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Fabian Kaszubowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Miguel Laurentzi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
