Spectators: 7852 (Terracing: 5890, Seating: 1806, VIP seats: 156) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Leontin Iacobescu got the match started through his kick off. Leontin Iacobescus short, quick shot in the 10thth minute got Antoine Bonnard to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Maurice Chalaye had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vitko Vutev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurice Chalaye in the 12th minute of the match. Leontin Iacobescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Leontin Iacobescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. MIT's supporters rose to their feet, but Leontin Iacobescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Antoine Bonnard breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Antoine Bonnard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavius Câmpeanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After 31 played minutes Royal PSG got a freekick which was hit by Noureddine Burgun. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristi Foltea got free with Antoine Bonnard in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Royal PSG's Roberto-Carlos Brasil got a free kick in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leontin Iacobescu in the 38th minute of play forced Royal PSG's goalkeeper Antoine Bonnard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristi Foltea got free with Antoine Bonnard in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maurice Chalaye was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, MIT's Vitko Vutev got control of the ball when Maurice Chalaye tried to sneak it across the goal line. Noureddine Burgun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Vitko Vutev made a huge save. When Leontin Iacobescu came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the MIT fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leontin Iacobescu couldn't finish the play. Noureddine Burgun received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vitko Vutev came out and tried to block the shot, but Noureddine Burgun slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 64th minute. In the 69th minute Dacian Corbu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antoine Bonnard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leontin Iacobescu struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Antoine Bonnard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MIT. Antoine Bonnard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leontin Iacobescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute, Leontin Iacobescu made a precise shot to the right of Antoine Bonnard. Royal PSG's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Andrei Opincaru hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, MIT's Sabin Eniceicu got a free kick in the 86th minute. Vitko Vutev made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Noureddine Burgun sent off a good shot on target. MIT's Vitko Vutev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurice Chalaye in the 95th minute of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
