Klaus Bas started the match with the kick off. In the 7th minute Dave Paoletti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bjorn Panter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the game, Jonathan Kristoffers was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Dalwhinnie Boys's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Talenti Roma Calcio the free kick. After 8 played minutes The Dalwhinnie Boys got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Kristoffers. Achille Fiordelisi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Klaus Bas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to The Dalwhinnie Boys getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Jonathan Kristoffers hit a great ball. In the 24th match minute, Talenti Roma Calcio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Marinacci to maneuver through the defense. Dave Paoletti hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. With his leg Bjorn Panter managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Talenti Roma Calcio's Fabiano Paoletti fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Dave Paoletti took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bjorn Panter. Bjorn Panter dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Bjorn Panter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dave Paoletti in the 43rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dave Paoletti in the 45th minute of play forced The Dalwhinnie Boys's goalkeeper Bjorn Panter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fabiano Paoletti to strike the kick off in the second half. Dave Paoletti blasted a shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bjorn Panter having to make a save. Klaus Bas did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-1 to the left of a surprised Achille Fiordelisi 53 minutes into the match. Klaus Bas kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. If Dave Paoletti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bjorn Panter didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dave Paoletti went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Dave Paoletti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bjorn Panter having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Roel Geerdink hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute, Fabiano Paoletti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bjorn Panter was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. In the 81st minute, Rudolf Jongsma hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th match minute, The Dalwhinnie Boys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Gierman to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute, Antonio Teodori got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to The Dalwhinnie Boys getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Klaus Bas hit a great ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the The Dalwhinnie Boys players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Talenti Roma Calcio.
