After a rather tough play, The Nerd Herd's Ove Svingen got a free kick in the 45th minute. Ove Svingen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Tadeu do Valle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ove Svingen to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Christian de Almeida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ove Svingen in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tadeu do Valle prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kristian Devik took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tadeu do Valle. Tadeu do Valle dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. A collision led to The Nerd Herd getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Ove Svingen hit a great ball. In the 62nd match minute, A. A. Carioca 【CIMZ】 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Cavalcante to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomé Quirino in the 82nd minute of play forced The Nerd Herd's goalkeeper Jon-Inge Kolberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Nerd Herd's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
