ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's players were relieved. ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's Faron Resto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josué Eger in the 8th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's zone, Lucas Pires stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Faron Resto came out of the goal and Lucas Pires tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fredy Mercury hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Josué Eger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 18 minutes into the match, ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's goal looked a bit too open when Josué Eger came free, but Faron Resto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute, Cido Maranhense ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Faron Resto was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Inter de Munique's Cido Maranhense got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With his leg Faron Resto managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when Inter de Munique's Josué Eger fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Hélder Salles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franco Eradi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th match minute, ARES FC DeusDeFutbol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fredy Mercury to maneuver through the defense. Faron Resto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Josué Eger's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. The referee gave ARES FC DeusDeFutbol a penalty, 34 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Fredy Mercury, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Inter de Munique's Hélder Salles. 2-1. In the 46th minute, Cido Maranhense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Franco Eradi was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Josué Eger in the 55th minute of play forced ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's goalkeeper Faron Resto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Deivid Jacinto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Faron Resto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. When Inter de Munique's Josué Eger in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's goalie prevented a goal. In the 65th match minute, ARES FC DeusDeFutbol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robustiano Fabregas to maneuver through the defense. Faron Resto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cido Maranhense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Faron Resto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Josué Eger, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Josué Eger in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Faron Resto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Faron Resto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cido Maranhense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the match, Inter de Munique's goalkeeper Hélder Salles had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Balasi Guisla. Cido Maranhense hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute, Josué Eger made a precise shot to the right of Faron Resto. ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. In the 87th minute Deivid Jacinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faron Resto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the game, Cido Maranhense cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Faron Resto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 93 minutes into the game, Inter de Munique's Josué Eger nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Faron Resto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. In the 96th minute Josué Eger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faron Resto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 97th minute of the match Inter de Munique got a corner. ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Valdir Madureira ran over to the corner to take the kick. Inter de Munique walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
