Spectators: 7687 (Terracing: 5766, Seating: 1768, VIP seats: 153) Arvid Henriksson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Alfred Finnbogason fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without John Wahlnäs having to interfere. After 5 played minutes Di Röe got a freekick which was hit by Gerard Tan. In the 8th minute Arvid Henriksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henry Forsberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute Alfred Finnbogason shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John Wahlnäs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thomas Sjöström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. John Wahlnäs tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Di Röe fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Di Röe's Gerard Tan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Albert Nyman fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Di Röe's protests and gave Albert Nyman a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FF Små Gröna Män booed when Di Röe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albert Nyman didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gerard Tan in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg John Wahlnäs saved FF Små Gröna Män from getting behind. After having played for 31 minutes, Gerard Tan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Di Röe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gerard Tan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 36 minutes into the match, Tommy Bengtsson notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of FF Små Gröna Män's John Wahlnäs. John Wahlnäs was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 40 minutes, Albin Emander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Di Röe and the FF Små Gröna Män players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 40 played minutes Di Röe got a freekick which was hit by Albin Emander. After some careless play in the FF Små Gröna Män defense, Tommy Bengtsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of John Wahlnäs. The FF Små Gröna Män fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that John Wahlnäs should have stopped the shot. When Di Röe's Gerard Tan in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FF Små Gröna Män's goalie prevented a goal. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gerard Tan made a kick off. In the 52nd match minute, FF Små Gröna Män was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Verner Hansson to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Tommy Bengtsson in the 53rd minute really tested John Wahlnäs's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Arvid Henriksson kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Kjell Törnqvist hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After 61 played minutes Di Röe got a freekick which was hit by Alfred Finnbogason. 67 minutes into the match, Di Röe's goal looked a bit too open when Dick Hagberg came free, but Henry Forsberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute Arvid Henriksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henry Forsberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute, Gerard Tan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. John Wahlnäs made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfred Finnbogason in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute Arvid Henriksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henry Forsberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Di Röe's Albin Emander got a free kick in the 81st minute. Kjell Törnqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Henry Forsberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Albin Emander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Di Röe had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
