The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Through an outstanding action, after 8 minutes, Leendert Borg successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Leendert Borg made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Gerard Tan sent off a good shot on target. Di Röe's Henry Forsberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frits Platvoet in the 12th minute of play. In the last second Leendert Borg throw himself and got hold of the ball when Gerard Tan in the 14thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. 16 minutes into the match, Gerard Tan notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Albertus FC's Leendert Borg. Leendert Borg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Albertus FC booed when Di Röe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tommy Bengtsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Frits Platvoet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Henry Forsberg was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Leendert Borg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerard Tan in the 37th minute of play. Frits Platvoet took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henry Forsberg. Henry Forsberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gerard Tan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ed 冯义兴 kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Di Röe.
