In the 13th minute Moreno Beltrán shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean Donato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joaquin Araoz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Breno Ceresso in the 14th minute. The supporters of TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB booed when Red John S.K was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erasmo Faria didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jean Donato showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moreno Beltrán, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Leandro Soares had several of the TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 44 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Joaquin Araoz as he didn't even see the shot coming. The Red John S.K players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pedro Luís Lima stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Erubiel Maura reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jean Donato. The goal made the score 1-3. 58 minutes into the match, Romeo Lorencio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jean Donato. Red John S.K's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Romeo Lorencio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. 61 minutes into the match, Leandro Soares had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joaquin Araoz. Red John S.K's Jean Donato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Teyo in the 70th minute of play.
