Renan Quirino ran back to his position shaking his head. Oswaldo Nunes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renan Quirino, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. If Rafael Hoffmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Renan Quirino in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oswaldo Nunes saved ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ from getting behind. ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Oswaldo Nunes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Hoffmann in the 13th minute of play. Luiz Nascimento succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 16th playminute. Renan Quirino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Oswaldo Nunes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 24 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ! Oswaldo Nunes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Hoffmann in the 32nd minute of play. Walmyr Torres hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's zone, Renan Quirino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oswaldo Nunes came out of the goal and Renan Quirino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Reinaldo Toledo fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's protests and gave Reinaldo Toledo a yellow card for diving instead. Reinaldo Toledo hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. After 41 played minutes, ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Nando de Queiroz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edmílson Santos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ reached it. Flavinho de Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Oswaldo Nunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Fabiano Abraão in the 47th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wilian Quadros was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 55 minutes, Renan Quirino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Renan Quirino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aílton de Brito hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute of the match Nando de Queiroz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edmílson Santos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Oswaldo Nunes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Renan Quirino's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. With a little luck, ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Oswaldo Nunes got control of the ball when Rafael Hoffmann tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Jacuitiba - FSCMZ defense, Wilian Quadros kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edmílson Santos. The Jacuitiba - FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edmílson Santos should have stopped the shot. Oswaldo Nunes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bola Elomo in the 79th minute. After a defensive mix-up in ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's zone, Renan Quirino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oswaldo Nunes came out of the goal and Renan Quirino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rafael Hoffmann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Oswaldo Nunes made a huge save. Oswaldo Nunes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Renan Quirino's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Rafael Hoffmann struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Oswaldo Nunes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jacuitiba - FSCMZ. In the 89th minute, Rafael Hoffmann made a precise shot to the right of Oswaldo Nunes. ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. 93 minutes into the match, Evaristo Mello had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edmílson Santos. Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Evaristo Mello was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3.
