Bernardas Bagavičius started the match with the kick off. Algirdas Jurys hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. In the 4th match minute, ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavinho de Andrade to maneuver through the defense. In the 6th minute Evaristo Mello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristijonas Juzonis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evaristo Mello in the 8th minute of play forced Hexo Utd's goalkeeper Kristijonas Juzonis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kristijonas Juzonis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nando de Queiroz, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Hexo Utd's Kristijonas Juzonis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Nascimento in the 14th minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 15th minute of the game. One of ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hexo Utd:s goal. The goalkeeper, Oswaldo Nunes, was totally fooled by Hexo Utd's Merūnas Šimaitis, who 17 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The supporters of ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ booed when Hexo Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laurynas Dapšys didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rafinha Lopez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristijonas Juzonis having to interfere. Nando de Queiroz took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kristijonas Juzonis. Kristijonas Juzonis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Bernardas Bagavičius hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Kristijonas Juzonis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafinha Lopez in the 33rd minute of play. Rafinha Lopez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristijonas Juzonis having to interfere. Evaristo Mello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Luiz Nascimento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristijonas Juzonis having to interfere. After 63 minutes, Flavinho de Andrade mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ and the Hexo Utd players grew even worse after the yellow card. ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Oswaldo Nunes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Liutauras Rimkevičius in the 64th minute of play. Rafinha Lopez kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Hexo Utd's Laurynas Dapšys tried to score from far away in the 68th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Evaristo Mello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Hexo Utd's zone, Evaristo Mello stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kristijonas Juzonis came out of the goal and Evaristo Mello tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luiz Nascimento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Kristijonas Juzonis made a huge save. In the 82nd minute, Luiz Nascimento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ booed when Hexo Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernestas Juška didn't get a good kick on the ball. Merūnas Šimaitis kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. If Nando de Queiroz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Hexo Utd's Deividas Gedgaudas got a free kick in the 88th minute.
