In the 17th minute of the match Gilbert Witek sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lajos Vásárhelyi skillfully saved the ball. Barnabás Kutas took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pocho Citko. Pocho Citko dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Sándor Vermes let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 22nd minute shot 2-1 at rihgt post. Green Zombies's Lajos Vásárhelyi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kingsley Coman in the 29th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Damian Zimniy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lajos Vásárhelyi was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart.
