In the 20th minute, Tetra Pack FC's Adan Ruisko ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Florin Quelia. Florin Quelia yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Adan Ruisko had several of the Golden Dragón F.C's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 26 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Florin Quelia as he didn't even see the shot coming. Golden Dragón F.C's Florin Quelia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Golden Dragón F.C from getting a goal against them. Emilio Osoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edelmiro Diz in the 36th minute of play. After some careless play in the Tetra Pack FC defense, Eron Sanez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emilio Osoro. The Tetra Pack FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emilio Osoro should have stopped the shot. Ongile Olmo's late challenge caught a Tetra Pack FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ongile Olmo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Golden Dragón F.C's Ongile Olmo got a free kick in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Josu Mendibuey made the kick off in the second half. Ongile Olmo kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. When Adan Ruisko came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Tetra Pack FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adan Ruisko couldn't finish the play. 63 minutes into the match, Adan Ruisko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Florin Quelia. Golden Dragón F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adan Ruisko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Golden Dragón F.C made a substitution. Gaitano Reza replaced Edelmiro Diz. Golden Dragón F.C's Edilberto Babiano was substituted for Magdaleno Revenga. 67 minutes into the game, Edilberto Babiano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Golden Dragón F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tetra Pack FC the free kick. In the 68th minute, Edilberto Babiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xurxo Lardero kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. The supporters of Tetra Pack FC booed when Golden Dragón F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xurxo Lardero didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Tetra Pack FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Golden Dragón F.C had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
