An unexpectedly hard shot by Jari Litmanen in the 6th minute of play forced CA Boca Jrs's goalkeeper Emanuele Guaita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emanuele Guaita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jari Litmanen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mats Elg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvise Scotti in the 9th minute of the match. CA Boca Jrs's Ettore Gelsomini got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ettore Gelsomini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 14th minute, Comunardo Villa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ettore Gelsomini could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Mats Elg made a huge save. Jonas Högberg kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. CA Boca Jrs's Alvise Scotti got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ettore Gelsomini might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mats Elg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ettore Gelsomini ran back to his position shaking his head. 24 minutes into the match, FC Kurdistan's goal looked a bit too open when Ettore Gelsomini came free, but Mats Elg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 28 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when CA Boca Jrs's Ettore Gelsomini fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Alvise Scotti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mats Elg having to interfere. FC Kurdistan made a substitution. Charlie Ekerot replaced Kia Motor. After 42 played minutes FC Kurdistan got a freekick which was hit by Jan Lekberg. Alvise Scotti kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, CA Boca Jrs's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Wik came free, but Emanuele Guaita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Demetrio Castellani kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. In the 48th minute of the match Nils Zachrisson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emanuele Guaita showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Comunardo Villa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Comunardo Villa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mats Elg having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Ettore Gelsomini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC Kurdistan's Mats Elg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Đerat Izzard in the 62nd minute of play. CA Boca Jrs's Afukaká.Protógenes Mam Rostami Boukani was substituted for Ettore Gelsomini. In the 65th minute, Jan Lekberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. CA Boca Jrs's Đerat Izzard got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mats Elg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Afukaká.Protógenes Mam Rostami Boukani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mats Elg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Đerat Izzard in the 71st minute of play. Mats Elg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Garibaldi, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. If Jari Litmanen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mats Elg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Afukaká.Protógenes Mam Rostami Boukani went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. FC Kurdistan's Mats Elg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Demetrio Castellani in the 85th minute of play. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Đerat Izzard sped through FC Kurdistan's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mats Elg. 90 minutes into the match, FC Kurdistan's goal looked a bit too open when Đerat Izzard came free, but Mats Elg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Afukaká.Protógenes Mam Rostami Boukani in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mats Elg saved FC Kurdistan from getting behind. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. CA Boca Jrs fully deserved thier win.
