In the 6thth minute of the game Segundo Balendin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atletico de la Rosa CF's Igor Sagastia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Atletico de la Rosa CF defense, Braulio Eztebe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Igor Sagastia. The Atletico de la Rosa CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Igor Sagastia should have stopped the shot. After 13 minutes, Lázaro Millrick mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vikingos FC and the Atletico de la Rosa CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th minute Segundo Balendin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Sagastia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filiberto Crispo's late challenge caught a Atletico de la Rosa CF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filiberto Crispo helped the player get up and apologised. Filiberto Crispo hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Atletico de la Rosa CF's Xavian Mariño shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 18th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Eleuterio Daunte but with some difficulty. When Gökçek Aldemir fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atletico de la Rosa CF's protests and gave Gökçek Aldemir a yellow card for diving instead. In the 21st minute, Gökçek Aldemir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Igor Sagastia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segundo Balendin in the 27th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Honorato Aureo notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Atletico de la Rosa CF's Igor Sagastia. Igor Sagastia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leon Quijana's late challenge caught a Vikingos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leon Quijana helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Atletico de la Rosa CF getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Leon Quijana hit a great ball. Atletico de la Rosa CF's Igor Sagastia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorato Aureo in the 36th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Vikingos FC's Honorato Aureo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Igor Sagastia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Vikingos FC's Segundo Balendin got a free kick in the 46th minute. After the first half Vikingos FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Segundo Balendin to make the kick off. Segundo Balendins short, quick shot in the 61stth minute got Igor Sagastia to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Rodolfo Cortadelles's late challenge caught a Vikingos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodolfo Cortadelles helped the player get up and apologised. Rodolfo Cortadelles kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Igor Sagastia was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Honorato Aureo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Honorato Aureo really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Filiberto Crispo was shown his second yellow card after 72 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 72 played minutes Vikingos FC got a freekick which was hit by Filiberto Crispo. In the 74th minute of the match Xavian Mariño sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eleuterio Daunte skillfully saved the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Vikingos FC's zone, Teo Revillas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eleuterio Daunte came out of the goal and Teo Revillas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Teo Revillas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eleuterio Daunte was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. After 81 played minutes Vikingos FC got a freekick which was hit by Simon Liher. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Vikingos FC's goalkeeper Eleuterio Daunte, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Igor Sagastia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Feliciano Chuan went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Vikingos FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
