Juan Romero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cayetano Perutxo having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Indalecio in the 10th minute of play forced Scofield's goalkeeper Fabian Pello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the game, the xeneise dream team's Anastasio Petrigai nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabian Pello made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. the xeneise dream team's Cayetano Perutxo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camilo Maxin in the 17th minute of play. Anastasio Petrigai could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Fabian Pello made a huge save. 20 minutes into the match, Scofield's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Lehoi came free, but Fabian Pello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Scofield's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gerardo Viviano in the 30th minute. The supporters of the xeneise dream team booed when Scofield was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingos Donio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabian Pello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Lehoi in the 33rd minute of the match. Scofield's Fabian Pello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Lehoi in the 38th minute of play. With 41 minutes on the clock, Florentino Llorienzo commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 40 minutes into the game, one of the xeneise dream team:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Scofield a penalty, 42 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gerardo Viviano, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of the xeneise dream team's Cayetano Perutxo. 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Julian Berriotxoa to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, the xeneise dream team's goal looked a bit too open when Marciano Maore came free, but Cayetano Perutxo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. the xeneise dream team's Cayetano Perutxo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save the xeneise dream team from getting a goal against them. In the 54th minute, Ulises Blai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. the xeneise dream team's Cayetano Perutxo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Romero in the 57th minute of play. Fabian Pello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Lehoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabian Pello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Lehoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Adrian Lehoi put it in 4-2 from a short distance just to the right of Fabian Pello. In the 85th minute, Juan Romero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Scofield fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-3. After a rather tough play, the xeneise dream team's Adrian Lehoi got a free kick in the 91st minute. The the xeneise dream team players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
