Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lalo Buenaga in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 方西烽 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by 邓烨鹏 in the 16th minute of play forced AFC United's goalkeeper Alejandro Badia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alejandro Badia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 邓烨鹏's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 1-0 when 邓烨鹏 sped through AFC United's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alejandro Badia.
