Geronimo Isadore hit a great ball. Bertil Åström kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After 23 minutes of play, Marlin FC's Ignacio Derwin made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jens-Ola Löv was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jens-Ola Löv showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anier Eufrasio, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Dani Python struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Erasmo Ixona didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zero Hedge. Ünal Tamay's late challenge caught a Marlin FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ünal Tamay helped the player get up and apologised. Dani Python hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. 43 minutes into the match, Zero Hedge's goal looked a bit too open when Nereo Henry came free, but Jens-Ola Löv reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 45 minutes Zero Hedge's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Arnaldo Darien who took care of the corner kick. After having played for 48 minutes, Arnaldo Darien managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marlin FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnaldo Darien was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ignacio Derwin was the one to do the kick off. If Domingo Jon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 57 played minutes Zero Hedge got a freekick which was hit by Eric Hegg. Domingo Jon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Jens-Ola Löv made a huge save. Erasmo Ixona showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfred Österberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 72nd minute, Alfred Österberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zero Hedge fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Erasmo Ixona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfred Österberg in the 89th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Freddie Lindholm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over Marlin FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Zero Hedge throughout the match.
