Ernesto Varela was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Rivermania FC defense, Orlando Mineiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Santo Muc. The Rivermania FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Santo Muc should have stopped the shot. Santo Muc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando Mineiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. If Nicanor Dimas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dionisio Abascal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernesto Varela having to interfere. Wilson Netto hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Rivermania FC's Uriel Vincente shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 46th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ernesto Varela but with some difficulty.

Serafino Chuan scored 3-2 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ernesto Varela, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Orlando Mineiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Santo Muc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Orlando Mineiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santo Muc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Mineiro in the 64th minute of play. In the 76th minute Orlando Mineiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Muc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Francisco Perutxo's late challenge caught a ITAFUT 4EVER's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Francisco Perutxo helped the player get up and apologised.
