Carmine Di Mascio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 43rdth minute tested the skills of Tivadar Lovas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Márton Nagy made the kick off in the second half. Ferdinando Tassotti hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arrigo Latini in the 54th minute of play forced Grandi Lupi's goalkeeper Tivadar Lovas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tivadar Lovas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dennis Berardo in the 57th minute of the match. After having played for 59 minutes, Tihamér Tóth managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grandi Lupi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tihamér Tóth was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Grandi Lupi's Róbert Seres got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 66 minutes into the game, Carmine Di Mascio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Tivadar Lovas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tivadar Lovas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carmine Di Mascio, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Tivadar Lovas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dennis Berardo in the 72nd minute of the match. When Arrigo Latini came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Bar Marconi United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arrigo Latini couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Grandi Lupi's Gyula Kuti got a free kick in the 74th minute. Márton Nagy's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Concetto Uguccioni firmly grabbed it by the left post. Camillo Piccone charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Camillo Piccone the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 81st minute, Camillo Piccone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Róbert Seres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Concetto Uguccioni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carmine Di Mascio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tivadar Lovas having to interfere. Tivadar Lovas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferdinando Tassotti in the 89th minute of play. If Mátyás Bolla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bar Marconi United's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
