Enhebrator FC's Dante Dantae played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryan Lanphant in the 6th minute of play. Dante Dantae showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ryan Lanphant in the 8th minute of the match. Dante Dantae made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryan Lanphant in the 8th minute of play. When Anacleto Elodio fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Enhebrator FC's protests and gave Anacleto Elodio a yellow card for diving instead. Dante Dantae made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dries Dirckx in the 11th minute of play. After 11 played minutes Brugge United got a freekick which was hit by Dries Dirckx. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Lucas Nayely managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brugge United's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucas Nayely was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dante Dantae breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dante Dantae showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dries Dirckx, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Camiel Hennes's late challenge caught a Enhebrator FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Enhebrator FC reached it. In the 18th minute, Brugge United's Lucas Nayely ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dante Dantae. Dante Dantae yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Brugge United's Dries Dirckx got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 24th minute of the match Enhebrator FC got a corner. Brugge United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Anacleto Elodio ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 24th match minute, Enhebrator FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul-Henri van Nistelrooij to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ryan Lanphant got free with Dante Dantae in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Brugge United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Binjamin Denturck in the 28th minute. With a little luck, Enhebrator FC's Dante Dantae got control of the ball when Ryan Lanphant tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 34th minute Dries Dirckx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Dantae saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brugge United's Tjorven Jaddon was substituted for Camiel Hennes. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vinícius Dembélé to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Enhebrator FC's Rafael Mendez got a free kick in the 64th minute. Brugge United's Binjamin Denturck couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 65th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Enhebrator FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ryan Lanphant in the 71st minute of play forced Enhebrator FC's goalkeeper Dante Dantae to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Dantae showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dries Dirckx in the 72nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Nayely in the 74th minute of play forced Enhebrator FC's goalkeeper Dante Dantae to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Dries Dirckx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Enhebrator FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Dantae should have stopped the shot. 94 minutes into the match, Dries Dirckx notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Enhebrator FC's Dante Dantae. Dante Dantae was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dante Dantae took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ryan Lanphant, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the Enhebrator FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Brugge United.
