Jo Maerschalcx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pascual Quentin in the 6th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in SK Dreigoten's zone, Benedicto Bilintx stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jo Maerschalcx came out of the goal and Benedicto Bilintx tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 9th match minute, SK Dreigoten was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per Qvalfeldt to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th match minute, AC Wild Broncos Ψ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eulalio Sustrai to maneuver through the defense. AC Wild Broncos Ψ's Fermin Vigil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cedric Van Landewijck in the 23rd minute of play. Gogo Chuan hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 27th match minute, AC Wild Broncos Ψ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Genaro Brais to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per Qvalfeldt in the 29th minute of play forced AC Wild Broncos Ψ's goalkeeper Fermin Vigil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute, Per Qvalfeldt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SK Dreigoten fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. When Wilfredo Nesto fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AC Wild Broncos Ψ's protests and gave Wilfredo Nesto a yellow card for diving instead. In the 36th match minute, AC Wild Broncos Ψ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilfredo Nesto to maneuver through the defense. Georges Van Der Talen was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 37th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Fermin Vigil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cedric Van Landewijck in the 38th minute of the match. During the 42nd minute of the match Eulalio Sustrai completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Eulalio Sustrai a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 43rd match minute, AC Wild Broncos Ψ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eulalio Sustrai to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luukas Van Halbeeck made a kick off. 51 minutes in the game, Per Qvalfeldt fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Fermin Vigil having to interfere. After a rather tough play, AC Wild Broncos Ψ's Pascual Quentin got a free kick in the 53rd minute. AC Wild Broncos Ψ's Fermin Vigil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per Qvalfeldt in the 56th minute of play. In the 59th minute Cedric Van Landewijck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fermin Vigil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Per Qvalfeldt took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fermin Vigil. Fermin Vigil dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After a rather tough play, SK Dreigoten's Erwin Kerstens got a free kick in the 64th minute. Fermin Vigil made an important save on a dangerous shot by Per Qvalfeldt in the 66th minute. AC Wild Broncos Ψ's Fermin Vigil proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save AC Wild Broncos Ψ from getting a goal against them. AC Wild Broncos Ψ's Miguel Colombatti got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 75 played minutes AC Wild Broncos Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Colombatti. In the 76th minute, Wilfredo Nesto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Per Qvalfeldt struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Fermin Vigil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SK Dreigoten. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Per Qvalfeldt during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, SK Dreigoten's Per Qvalfeldt got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 82nd minute, Lex Haesevoets hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 87 minutes, Per Qvalfeldt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SK Dreigoten's supporters crossed their fingers, but Per Qvalfeldt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in AC Wild Broncos Ψ's zone, Jules Van Beringhen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fermin Vigil came out of the goal and Jules Van Beringhen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
