But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rickard Söderberg couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Xentrias getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Jan Banan hit a great ball. In the 16th match minute, Xentrias was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ana I to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th match minute, Xentrias was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ana I to maneuver through the defense. Clément Le Boucher struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Stig Busk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Les 3 Quilles FC. Gameiro Reis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Stig Busk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jan Banan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ulysse Folliot read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. 43 minutes into the game, Vincent Guesdon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Les 3 Quilles FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Xentrias the free kick. After some careless play in the Les 3 Quilles FC defense, Jussi Björling kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ulysse Folliot. The Les 3 Quilles FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ulysse Folliot should have stopped the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rickard Söderberg to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vincent Françon in the 52nd minute of play forced Xentrias's goalkeeper Stig Busk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ulysse Folliot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jussi Björling's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Ulysse Folliot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jussi Björling, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute Jussi Björling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulysse Folliot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clément Le Boucher kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After having played for 63 minutes, Jussi Björling managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Xentrias's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jussi Björling was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jussi Björling charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jussi Björling the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Xentrias getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Jussi Björling hit a great ball. Jussi Björling's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ulysse Folliot read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st match minute, Xentrias was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Banan to maneuver through the defense. Xentrias's Otto Norström quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Antonin Lardon, made in the 77th minute of the game. In the 78th minute, Jussi Björling got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kevin Mac Allister was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 91 minutes into the match. 91 minutes into the game, one of Les 3 Quilles FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Xentrias a penalty, 93 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jan Banan, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Les 3 Quilles FC's Ulysse Folliot. 3-0. In the 95th match minute, Les 3 Quilles FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clément Le Boucher to maneuver through the defense. Jan Banan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ulysse Folliot. Les 3 Quilles FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Les 3 Quilles FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Xentrias.
