Eleuterio Daunte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gwyn Harper in the 42nd minute of the match. C.del.U FC's Eleuterio Daunte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tony Plumber in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Tony Plumber made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to C.del.U FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. German Chaime hit a great ball. In the 58th minute of the match, Jordan Forbes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Eleuterio Daunte saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Eleuterio Daunte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ted Bettney in the 62nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tony Plumber in the 70th minute of play forced C.del.U FC's goalkeeper Eleuterio Daunte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jordan Forbes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Henley on Thames United made a substitution. In the 82ndth minute of the game Ceferino Mel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Henley on Thames United's Ross Armitage was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Henley on Thames United's Hayden Watkins suffered a concussion in the 83rd minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. After 83 minutes, Elvio Aresti mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.del.U FC and the Henley on Thames United players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ted Bettney could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Eleuterio Daunte made a huge save. 95 minutes into the game, Ceferino Mel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Ross Armitage was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Henley on Thames United played a much better game than C.del.U FC and deserved their victory. The C.del.U FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
