Pipon Pipon's Clemente Armani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save C. A. Pipon Pipon from getting a goal against them. 11 minutes into the match, Bobby Fisher had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Celso Janpier. Defensores de Lombroso's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bobby Fisher was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 15th minute, Bobby Fisher ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Celso Janpier was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Clemente Armani made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arsenio Eudoxio in the 22nd minute. 23 minutes into the match, Defensores de Lombroso's Ramiro Cidro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Clemente Armani narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ramiro Cidro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Clemente Armani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arsenio Eudoxio got free with Clemente Armani in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 35th minute, Bobby Fisher ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Celso Janpier was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After 40 minutes of play, Defensores de Lombroso's Ramiro Cidro made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Clemente Armani was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Ramiro Cidro came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Defensores de Lombroso fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramiro Cidro couldn't finish the play. Arsenio Eudoxio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Clemente Armani made a huge save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

C. A. Pipon Pipon made a substitution. Nick Sumner replaced Foster Romero. Clemente Armani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiro Cidro, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Clemente Armani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arsenio Eudoxio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arsenio Eudoxio in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Clemente Armani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Defensores de Lombroso's Carolo Buinton was substituted for Santiago Hunfredo. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 64th minute of the game. One of C. A. Pipon Pipon:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Defensores de Lombroso:s goal. 74 minutes into the match, Defensores de Lombroso's Miguel-Angel Merentiel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Clemente Armani narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Clemente Armani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingos Cedro, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Pipon Pipon's goal looked a bit too open when Lin Liang came free, but Clemente Armani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clemente Armani came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Defensores de Lombroso's Arsenio Eudoxio. But to his dismay, Arsenio Eudoxio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. Miguel-Angel Merentiel took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Clemente Armani. Clemente Armani dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-3. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Defensores de Lombroso had played much better football throughout.
