Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Omar Freitag in the 53rd minute of play forced Piast Choszczno's goalkeeper Radomir Tusk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 56 minutes into the game, Piast Choszczno's Aureliusz Ikalewicz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Guntademaro Portillo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. Alfredo Farré hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Aureliusz Ikalewicz put it in 2-5 from a short distance just to the right of Guntademaro Portillo. Dinç Terzioğlu hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Guntademaro Portillo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Piast Choszczno walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
