After having played for 4 minutes, Narcomillo Parot managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barrabases de Victoria's supporters crossed their fingers, but Narcomillo Parot was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Clube Atlético Paulista booed when Barrabases de Victoria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dinç Terzioğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 12 played minutes Barrabases de Victoria got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Farré. In the 20th match minute, Barrabases de Victoria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leopoldo Alzerreca to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute, Omar Freitag made a precise shot to the right of Alfredinho Velloso. Clube Atlético Paulista's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 26 minutes into the game, Dong Ping cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Alfredinho Velloso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Omar Freitag in the 29th minute of play forced Clube Atlético Paulista's goalkeeper Alfredinho Velloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Clube Atlético Paulista's goal looked a bit too open when Omar Freitag came free, but Alfredinho Velloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Severino Soares's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 34thth minute, Guntademaro Portillo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Alfredinho Velloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dong Ping in the 37th minute of play. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Clube Atlético Paulista's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mai Ling Peng was slow to take the kick. During this time Barrabases de Victoria's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Mai Ling Peng almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Clube Atlético Paulista's Alfredinho Velloso did a great save. In the 43rd minute, Dong Ping hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guntademaro Portillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severino Soares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Clube Atlético Paulista players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Barrabases de Victoria were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Narcomillo Parot was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Narcomillo Parot's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alfredinho Velloso was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Guntademaro Portillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severino Soares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 61 played minutes Clube Atlético Paulista got a freekick which was hit by Kauan Guerra. Severino Soares's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Guntademaro Portillo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Clube Atlético Paulista made a substitution. Egídio Pontes replaced Manfredo Cerezo. Guntademaro Portillo came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Clube Atlético Paulista's Marquinhos Pena. But to his dismay, Marquinhos Pena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Narcomillo Parot received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alfredinho Velloso came out and tried to block the shot, but Narcomillo Parot slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 80th minute. Alfredinho Velloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narcomillo Parot in the 88th minute of play. Dedê da Costa made in the 94th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Eduardo Cabral. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Barrabases de Victoria walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
