The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hugon Derlanga made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Gale Laliberté sent off a good shot on target. Zryw Samsonów's defense didn't have a chance, in the 8th minute, when Lee Coffman scored to the left of an out of position Hugon Derlanga, making the score, 1-0. Brice Leach made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milosz Podwojski in the 13th minute of play. Zygmunt Mentus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Brice Leach tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Varennes booed when Zryw Samsonów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcin Rojewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Zryw Samsonów's goalkeeper Hugon Derlanga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Loic Deal. Hugon Derlanga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ellsworth Lindsay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ellsworth Lindsay in the 27th minute of play forced Zryw Samsonów's goalkeeper Hugon Derlanga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hugon Derlanga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loic Deal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Milosz Podwojski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brice Leach having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Varennes's zone, Milosz Podwojski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brice Leach came out of the goal and Milosz Podwojski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zdzislaw Miecznikowski hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. In the 43rd match minute, Zryw Samsonów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Borys Kissel to maneuver through the defense. After 44 played minutes Zryw Samsonów got a freekick which was hit by Florian Szotek. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Milosz Podwojski made a kick off. Zygmunt Mentus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hugon Derlanga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ellsworth Lindsay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zryw Samsonów's Milosz Podwojski was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 55th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Milosz Podwojski kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Milosz Podwojski did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-2 to the left of a surprised Brice Leach 60 minutes into the match. After 64 played minutes Varennes got a freekick which was hit by Lee Coffman. After 68 played minutes Zryw Samsonów got a freekick which was hit by Zygmunt Mentus. In the 70thth minute of the game Milosz Podwojski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Varennes's Brice Leach was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 73 minutes into the game, Loic Deal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Hugon Derlanga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zryw Samsonów's Hugon Derlanga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ellsworth Lindsay in the 82nd minute of play. Borys Kissel hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Zryw Samsonów's Milosz Podwojski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Brice Leach. That made the score 2-3 after 91 minutes of play. In the 96th minute Ellsworth Lindsay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugon Derlanga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zryw Samsonów were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Varennes's much stronger midfield.
