The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Clausen in the 4th minute of play forced Winksele 2016's goalkeeper Floris Milters to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Kjønstad BF's Anton Rossebø in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Winksele 2016's goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 8 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Anton Rossebø sped through Winksele 2016's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Floris Milters. A collision led to Winksele 2016 getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Remi Aerts hit a great ball. Thomas Skadberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Julian Clausen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th match minute, Winksele 2016 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joos De Middeleer to maneuver through the defense. 27 minutes into the game, Kjønstad BF's Jon Fischer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Floris Milters made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. 30 minutes into the match, Kjønstad BF's goalkeeper Christian Haug had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Egil Jakobsson. Christian Haug came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Winksele 2016's Egil Jakobsson. But to his dismay, Egil Jakobsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 41st minute, Winksele 2016's Joos De Middeleer seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Joos De Middeleer the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Winksele 2016 protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Joos De Middeleer had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee gave Kjønstad BF a penalty, 44 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Thomas Skadberg, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Winksele 2016's Floris Milters. 2-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anton Rossebø stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Kjønstad BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Sæter to maneuver through the defense. If Fulvio Corelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Kjønstad BF's Fridtjof Meier got a free kick in the 54th minute. Fulvio Corelli kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Kjønstad BF's goal looked a bit too open when Remi Aerts came free, but Christian Haug reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Floris Milters showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Sæter, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Floris Milters was a little too slow when Anton Rossebø got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 2-4. Floris Milters took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Sæter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Floris Milters was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Anton Rossebø showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-5 in the 77 minute of play. Jon Fischer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Floris Milters made a huge save. After 87 played minutes Winksele 2016 got a freekick which was hit by Michel Dauwe. 88 minutes into the match, Winksele 2016's goal looked a bit too open when Anton Rossebø came free, but Floris Milters reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Floris Milters showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Clausen in the 90th minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Winksele 2016's goal looked a bit too open when Anton Rossebø came free, but Floris Milters reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Kjønstad BF left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Winksele 2016.
