Spectators: 7700 (Terracing: 5776, Seating: 1771, VIP seats: 153) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gustavo-Hernán Cadelo got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes into the match, New Joinville - FSCMZ's Freddy Dove sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Saul Osoitz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. New Joinville - FSCMZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gustavo-Hernán Cadelo in the 6th minute. Saul Osoitz came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by New Joinville - FSCMZ's Freddy Dove. But to his dismay, Freddy Dove quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers György Kósa in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustavo Gustavson saved New Joinville - FSCMZ from getting behind. 14 minutes into the game, György Kósa lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Gustavo Gustavson. Saul Osoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo-Hernán Cadelo in the 16th minute of play. György Kósa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When LegionArgentina's György Kósa in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Froilan Arnas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Gustavo Gustavson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gustavo Gustavson made an important save on a dangerous shot by György Kósa in the 25th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Freddy Dove in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Saul Osoitz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 31 played minutes LegionArgentina got a freekick which was hit by Marcos Herrera. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddy Dove in the 34th minute of play forced LegionArgentina's goalkeeper Saul Osoitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, LegionArgentina's Rosendo Tabby got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute, Freddy Dove left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The New Joinville - FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Saul Osoitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Dove, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. 41 minutes into the match, Freddy Dove notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of LegionArgentina's Saul Osoitz. Saul Osoitz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 46 minutes into the match, LegionArgentina's goal looked a bit too open when Freddy Dove came free, but Saul Osoitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo-Hernán Cadelo in the 47th minute of play forced LegionArgentina's goalkeeper Saul Osoitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and György Kósa made a kick off. 62 minutes into the match, New Joinville - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Herrera came free, but Gustavo Gustavson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Chiquinho de Amorim fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored New Joinville - FSCMZ's protests and gave Chiquinho de Amorim a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of LegionArgentina booed when New Joinville - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chiquinho de Amorim didn't get a good kick on the ball. New Joinville - FSCMZ made a substitution. Lucio Urtsua replaced Freddy Dove. In the 64th minute, Chiquinho de Amorim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. New Joinville - FSCMZ's Chiquinho de Amorim managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Matias Beti in the 73 minute of the game. 75 minutes into the game, Xande Koeman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. New Joinville - FSCMZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LegionArgentina the free kick. A collision led to New Joinville - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Xande Koeman hit a great ball. Saul Osoitz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucio Urtsua in the 80th minute. 86 minutes into the match, New Joinville - FSCMZ's Lucio Urtsua sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Saul Osoitz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. New Joinville - FSCMZ's Gustavo Gustavson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Herrera in the 88th minute of play. A collision led to New Joinville - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Chiquinho de Amorim hit a great ball. New Joinville - FSCMZ's Gustavo Gustavson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Herrera in the 90th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in LegionArgentina's zone, Lucio Urtsua stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saul Osoitz came out of the goal and Lucio Urtsua tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gustavo-Hernán Cadelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched New Joinville - FSCMZ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
