The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Astral's goal looked a bit too open when Guaberto Santana came free, but Radoslaw Miarka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 5 minutes into the match, Astral's goalkeeper Radoslaw Miarka had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guaberto Santana. In the 5th minute, MDQ Raptors FC's Guaberto Santana ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Radoslaw Miarka. Radoslaw Miarka yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Radoslaw Miarka made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Guaberto Santana sent off a good shot on target. Eugeniusz Bulkiewicz hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Silvio Soin struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Radoslaw Miarka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MDQ Raptors FC. If Silvio Soin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute Zbigniew Cymbal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albano Rameriz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, MDQ Raptors FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zbigniew Cymbal came free, but Albano Rameriz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Astral's Radoslaw Miarka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Astral from getting a goal against them. 30 minutes into the game, Amador Harriet recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Radoslaw Miarka. Amador Harriet showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Radoslaw Miarka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvio Soin in the 33rd minute of play. MDQ Raptors FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ildefonso Efren in the 34th minute. Ildefonso Efren made a great header on MDQ Raptors FC's corner, it was just that Astral's Radoslaw Miarka managed to reach the ball for a save. Atilano Bitxintxo kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Victorio Kismi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Radoslaw Miarka. That made the score 3-0 in the 47 minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zbigniew Cymbal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to MDQ Raptors FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Primitivo Terciero hit a great ball. Astral's Radoslaw Miarka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guaberto Santana in the 63rd minute of play. Borys Skaradowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Albano Rameriz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th minute, Amador Harriet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpected shot in the 66th minute by Wincenty Rydz got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Albano Rameriz made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Zbigniew Cymbal sent off a good shot on target. When Zbigniew Cymbal came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Astral fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zbigniew Cymbal couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zbigniew Cymbal got free with Albano Rameriz in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zbigniew Cymbal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Albano Rameriz made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guaberto Santana in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Radoslaw Miarka saved Astral from getting behind. After a rather tough play, MDQ Raptors FC's Amador Harriet got a free kick in the 78th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvio Soin in the 80th minute of play forced Astral's goalkeeper Radoslaw Miarka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Radoslaw Miarka made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Astral's Zbigniew Cymbal came free and shot a quick shot against goal 93 minutes in the game, fortunately Albano Rameriz had problems saving as it came toward the left post. In the 97th minute Guaberto Santana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radoslaw Miarka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
