The referee felt a red card was in order, 5 minutes into the game, when Robert Eidast put in a rough tackle. After a rather tough play, Tapa Athlétic™'s Robert Eidast got a free kick in the 6th minute. Ailar Heinväli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hektor Krieglmeier, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Uwe Ziege made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Kuldar Eluvee sent off a good shot on target. Tapa Athlétic™'s Ailar Heinväli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivo Claus in the 21st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ivo Claus in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ailar Heinväli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 38 played minutes Tapa Athlétic™ got a freekick which was hit by Georg Pärn. Ailar Heinväli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivo Claus in the 41st minute of play. Uwe Ziege made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kuldar Eluvee in the 43rd minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Kuldar Eluvee made the kick off in the second half. In the 54thth minute of the game Ivo Claus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tapa Athlétic™'s Ailar Heinväli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Kuldar Eluvee had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tapa Athlétic™'s Ailar Heinväli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivo Claus in the 59th minute of play. Tapa Athlétic™'s Jaan Haljasorg got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 70th match minute, Tapa Athlétic™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Allan Kurk to maneuver through the defense. Ailar Heinväli made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Hektor Krieglmeier sent off a good shot on target. Ailar Heinväli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vasco Jackisch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Tapa Athlétic™ booed when Rot-Weiss-Essen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gunther Schößler didn't get a good kick on the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Rot-Weiss-Essen's goal looked a bit too open when Kuldar Eluvee came free, but Uwe Ziege reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Rot-Weiss-Essen's Ivo Claus sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ailar Heinväli narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Rot-Weiss-Essen getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Florian Hagen hit a great ball. Hektor Krieglmeier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Ailar Heinväli made a huge save. 90 minutes into the match, Tapa Athlétic™'s goalkeeper Ailar Heinväli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hektor Krieglmeier. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
