A nice corner shot did that Nino Jeanneret got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Yao Yang Peng quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Florentin Gougeon hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. A sloppy throw-in by Aleš Bulva in the 66th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Valencia C.F.'s Fran Pérez. A collision led to Valencia C.F. getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Cristian Mosquera hit a great ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vitalij Votava couldn't finish the play. 72 minutes into the match, Valencia C.F.'s goal looked a bit too open when František Třešňák came free, but Andoni Zubizarreta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 76 minutes into the game, Mor Vidlák cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Yao Yang Peng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florentin Gougeon in the 80th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers František Třešňák in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andoni Zubizarreta saved Valencia C.F. from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Mor Vidlák's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andoni Zubizarreta was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. During this time Vidlákov SK's players had a chance to rest. 89 minutes into the match, Cristoforo Pelliccia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andoni Zubizarreta. Valencia C.F.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristoforo Pelliccia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2.
