Spectators: 8016 (Terracing: 6014, Seating: 1843, VIP seats: 159) Everardo Regis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Silva during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 2nd match minute, Valencia C.F. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Silva to maneuver through the defense. When Miguel Brito fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Valencia C.F.'s protests and gave Miguel Brito a yellow card for diving instead. Miguel Brito hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. After 4 played minutes, ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚'s Casimiro Ignado shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Andoni Zubizarreta came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚ reached it. 8 minutes into the game, Valencia C.F.'s Mário Kempes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mugur Aanicăi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Andoni Zubizarreta was out of position in the 15 minute of play, and Ildefonso Perfecto capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ildefonso Perfecto really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. A collision led to Valencia C.F. getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Miguel Brito hit a great ball. After 19 played minutes, ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚'s Casimiro Ignado shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Andoni Zubizarreta came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚ reached it. Mugur Aanicăi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florentin Gougeon, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Valencia C.F.'s Andoni Zubizarreta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Ignado in the 23rd minute of play. Andoni Zubizarreta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcial Mogel in the 26th minute. Everardo Regis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andoni Zubizarreta having to make a save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mário Kempes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 60th minute, Lucas Miliano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 67 minutes, Florentin Gougeon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valencia C.F.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Florentin Gougeon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Everardo Regis sped through Valencia C.F.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Andoni Zubizarreta. Everardo Regis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andoni Zubizarreta having to interfere. 78 minutes into the game, Florentin Gougeon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Mugur Aanicăi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Casimiro Ignado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andoni Zubizarreta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Everardo Regis went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Andoni Zubizarreta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ildefonso Perfecto, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After 87 minutes, Diego López mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Valencia C.F. and the ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 87 played minutes Valencia C.F. got a freekick which was hit by Diego López. In the 92nd match minute, Valencia C.F. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ken Singleton to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
