In the 11th minute Olgierd Ankiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Callum Barratt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute, Radoslaw Walczak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Callum Barratt was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Callum Barratt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wit Danisiewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. If Ralph Masters had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arkadiusz Klucznik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralph Masters, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the game, KS Hetman Zamosc's Radoslaw Walczak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Callum Barratt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 38 minutes into the game, Huey Porter cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Arkadiusz Klucznik was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arkadiusz Klucznik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Huey Porter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leicester Lions's Callum Barratt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Leicester Lions from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Mike Wadham made the kick off in the second half. Leicester Lions's Huey Porter got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Olgierd Ankiewicz scored 3-1 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Callum Barratt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Olgierd Ankiewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Callum Barratt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jedrzej Smuskiewicz in the 68th minute of play forced Leicester Lions's goalkeeper Callum Barratt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Callum Barratt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radoslaw Walczak in the 70th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jedrzej Smuskiewicz in the 71st minute of play forced Leicester Lions's goalkeeper Callum Barratt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to KS Hetman Zamosc getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Olgierd Ankiewicz hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Mike Wadham took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Arkadiusz Klucznik to make any attempt to save it. Ralph Masters could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Arkadiusz Klucznik made a huge save. Callum Barratt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jedrzej Smuskiewicz in the 85th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Leicester Lions's goal looked a bit too open when Radoslaw Walczak came free, but Callum Barratt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The KS Hetman Zamosc support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
