The audience thought a goal was coming when Nestor Salvadore got free with Arman Lundström in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Aleksander Blomqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Herman Ahlström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lorenzo Bibiano having to make a save. Edelmiro Paskal kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in LA DEL MONO's zone, Ingvar Gadd stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lorenzo Bibiano came out of the goal and Ingvar Gadd tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the LA DEL MONO defense, Gustav Alstedt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lorenzo Bibiano. The LA DEL MONO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lorenzo Bibiano should have stopped the shot. Lorenzo Bibiano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingvar Gadd, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Betinho Falcão received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arman Lundström came out and tried to block the shot, but Betinho Falcão slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 21st minute. Herman Ahlström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 27 played minutes StraX Xenon FC got a freekick which was hit by Anders Sjöberg. In the 30th minute Anders Sjöberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lorenzo Bibiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lorenzo Bibiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anders Sjöberg in the 30th minute of play. Gustav Alstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Lorenzo Bibiano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Gustav Alstedt made a precise shot to the right of Lorenzo Bibiano. LA DEL MONO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. When Håkan Berg fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored StraX Xenon FC's protests and gave Håkan Berg a yellow card for diving instead. After 39 played minutes StraX Xenon FC got a freekick which was hit by Håkan Berg. In the 43rd minute of the match LA DEL MONO got a corner. StraX Xenon FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edelmiro Paskal ran over to the corner to take the kick. LA DEL MONO's Edelmiro Paskal was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arman Lundström in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The supporters of StraX Xenon FC booed when LA DEL MONO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugenio Nisio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute of the match Sven-Edvin Karlsson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lorenzo Bibiano skillfully saved the ball. In the 49th minute StraX Xenon FC were awarded a corner. Sven-Edvin Karlsson went to the cornerflag to take it. The LA DEL MONO players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. StraX Xenon FC were winning 1-3.

The crowd rose to their feet as Herman Ahlström kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lorenzo Bibiano. That made the score 1-4 in the 57 minute of play. After 60 played minutes StraX Xenon FC got a freekick which was hit by Anders Sjöberg. A collision led to StraX Xenon FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Vilhelm Johnsson hit a great ball. After having played for 69 minutes, Nestor Salvadore managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LA DEL MONO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nestor Salvadore was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. LA DEL MONO's Lorenzo Bibiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herman Ahlström in the 77th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Gustav Alstedt reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lorenzo Bibiano. The goal made the score 1-6. Lorenzo Bibiano was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gustav Alstedt showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-7 in the 83 minute of play. In the 89th minute, Herman Ahlström reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lorenzo Bibiano. The goal made the score 1-8. After a defensive mix-up in StraX Xenon FC's zone, Simon Eneto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arman Lundström came out of the goal and Simon Eneto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. StraX Xenon FC played a much better game than LA DEL MONO and deserved their victory. The LA DEL MONO players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
